The Tainan County Hall is located in Hsinying, where frequently scheduled train stops are scheduled, but other stops are not necessarily so frequent. However, Hsinying only has one bus operation for now. So, it is important to check the schedule to avoid lengthy waits. In regards to taxis, almost all the taxis bargain for the fare.
