The plan proposed by the Tainan County Government "Tainan Metropolitan Park Developing Plan (the first period)" consists of first year construction plans for the park and the Hushan Public Cemetery Removal Plan along with the second and the third year park area construction plans. The total budget is about 700.000.000 NT. The cost is so surmounting that the developing budget for the first period construction had no choice but to intake the construction in the 3-year-period-amounting-to NT.300.000.000.000 "Expansion on Public Construction” of Executive Yuan.
