Tainan County Post edited by Tainan County Government Information Office was published in September 2003. This was the first newspaper for people in Tainan only. The contents of Tainan County Post are Mr. Huan-Jhih Su’s political ideas, the main constructions in Tainan, and the public issues/ activities. It is published semimonthly.

Tainan County ED Online TV started the business operation on January 1, 2005. It was the first government own online TV and offered a learning environment with no boundary. Tainan County ED Online TV is a symbol of technology in Tainan.

Tainan County ED Online TV provides news and movie clips. It will offer an environment for the people who are interested in the digital content. Through Tainan County ED Online TV, there are more programmers trained, and it can reduce the gap between the rural area and the urban area. Tainan County will become the digital content center integrates the culture, digital images, and other resources since Tainan County ED Online TV supports it.
