 Jhu Men Green Tunnel
There are 2 green tunnels in Baihe and both begin at Jhu Men. One goes toward Shen An, the other toward Yu Feng. Mango trees form both sides of the tunnels (the trees form a kind of canopy, hence "tunnel"). In the middle of a hot summer day, walking through the tunnel, listening to crickets and cicadas, watching endless lotus ponds and Guanzih and Jhentou mountain ranges and you'll feel the cool all the way down your spine.  The Legend of 49 Mango Trees
Legend has it that 300 years ago the ancestors of the family of Lai in the Lotus Lake (Lian Tan) area planted a group of 50 mango trees. One of these trees died, and so they tried to plant another one to make the number 50, but the last one always died and leaving the group 49 no matter how many times they tried to plant.

 Guangji Palace and Hua An Temple
Legend has it that during the Emperor Cianlong period in the Cing Dynasty, people came to cultivate this place and they "requested the presence" of Cing Shuei Master Statue to be at this place. During Emperor Jiacing period the temple was named Guangji Palace. Earthquake destroyed the place and the locals rebuilt it, and they took another Buddha from Da Sian Temple and gave another name - Hua An Temple – to the palace.

 Baihe Reservoir
Coconut trees line up the sides of the reservoir with branches waving being reflected by the water down below. Aigrettes often fly by and rest on the water. The gorgeous scenery makes it a great place for picnic and walks.

 Hong Ye Park
Flowers and trees are fully planted inside the park. The leaves from maples trees paint the entire park red in the fall, hence the park is named "Hong Ye (Red Leaf)". Go to the highest place of the park and you'll find yourself over looking Guanzihling Hot Springs area. At the top, feeling the breeze and listening to the leaves rustling makes it a relaxing and perhaps melancholy experience?

 Guanzihling Scenic Area
Take Baihe Interchange to Route 172 and turn right at Hong Ye Tunnel to get to the Guanzihling Hot Springs Scenic Area. This is the biggest hot spring area and thereare hotels similar to traditional Japanese ryokan. The steam from the○○ hot springs mixed with the smoke from○○give the entire place a mysterious feel. Be sure to stay the night and enjoy specialty cuisine made with fresh ingredients from the mountain.

 Baihe Lotus Industrial and Cultural Information Museum
It's an elegant museum rich with cultural resources displaying the livelihood of countryside industries and traditions. On display are views of ecology of lotus in 4 seasons, harvesting lotus seeds, making lotus root powders, and art with lotus including an introduction of poetry and writings. This is the only lotus themed museum in Taiwan.

 Small South Sea
It used to be called Shang Ci Dong Bei. The water comes from the Beidi Reservoir. On the left of the lake there's Putuo Temple, on the right there's BoRe Temple. The surface of the lake is mirror like and the scenery is wondrous. Stay for a bit and you can see aigrettes flying back in a large group.

 Water and Fire Cave
Because of seismic activities natural gas and flames are spew from the rocks unceasingly, along with the water and mud and forms a scene where fire dances on water. In recent years the flames have been moving up, which often amazes many visitors.

 Tangerine (peng gan) in Nanliao
At the end of lotus production the tangerine production is just beginning in Baihe. Tangerine, another specialty of Nanliao, is great because the trees are planted under Da Dong Mountain, with cool and dry weather in the fall and the daytime temperature differs greatly from night time. The fruits are large, juicy and delicious. Follow route 175 around Guanzihling and don’t forget to bring back some Nanliao Tangerine.

 Biyun Temple
It's one of the ancient architecture protected by the county. Legend says it behind the temple there's a "Feng Dong" rock and it make noises whenever the wind blows. The sound it makes differs according to seasons. This stone has always been there behind the temple and it has been in existence for a long time.

 Lotus park
The Lotus park is located at the north of the bottom of Dingzih Mountain in Yufeng Village. It's about 4 hectares. Inside there are large continuous lotus ponds and other plants. In 1996 the Lotus pavilion was built among other facilities without harming any of the natural environments. It's been used as a lesson in landscaping and it's a magnificent place to take a rest in.

 Beidouzih Jioucyu Bridge
This 100 meter long bridge made with wood is located inside Beidouzih of Guangan Village. There's the lake pavilion on the water for visitors to rest and enjoy the breeze. Benches are provided for visitors to take short rests from walking. During the Lotus Festival Period it's opened to the public.

 Scenery of Cinei
Enjoy your break from hustles and bustles of life by lying on the grass next of the scenic and beautiful Luliao Reservoir counting clouds and whatever you wish to do! Take a short walk to the Cingshuei Park in Toucianci and immerse in the nature. At night, fireflies weave their way through the grass and often inevitably remind people their childhood memories.
