On Jan. 23, Tainan City Government announced footprints of a newly confirmed case from Kaohsiung City. Case # 18399 is a male in his fifties. He was tested positive by using a COVID-19 home test kit but without any symptoms. He was then referred to a hospital and was confirmed as a COVID-19 case. Specimens of all his contacts had been collected. His footprints are listed in the appendix.
