The 2022 Tainan is Young Christmas and New Year & Eve Festivities Series begins on Dec. 4. During the press conference held on Nov. 29 at Madou Tsung Yeh Arts and Cultural Center, Tainan City Mayor Huang Wei-che announced that this year’s festivities will present six exciting concerts and family events. He invited all to come and enjoy the performances on the following weekends.
The Mayor expressed that in order to provide easier access to the performances, the event venues this year will be spread out at different locations instead of only holding one event at Shalun HSR station.
Huang also added that the city government organized these events with the hope that the public can enjoy a pleasant and exciting Christmas and New Year holiday and welcome in the new year with joy.
The schedule and locations of the 2022 Tainan is Young Christmas and New Year & Eve Festivities Series events are as follows:
Family Events:
- Fun At Tsung-yeh: Dec. 4 (Sat.)/Madou Tsung Yeh Arts and Cultural Center
- Family Party Time: Dec. 5 (Sun.) /Times Park next to T.S.Mall
- Xiaolong Apple Paradise: Dec. 11 (Sat.)/Jiali Xiaolong Cultural Park
Concerts:
- Live Open Air Concert: Dec. 19 (Sun.) /Xinying Nanying Green Heart Park (No.5 Park)
- Superstar Christmas Concert: Dec. 25 (Sat.)/Tainan City Government west side plaza
- Tainan is YOUNG New Year's Eve Concert: Dec. 31 (Fri.)/Tainan City Government west side plaza
