On Feb. 20, a COVID-19 case was announced in Tainan City. Case #20101 is the contact of Case #19732, who is a confirmed case from Kaohsiung City. She is also the family member of Case # 19862 and # 19949.
Because of having contacts with Case # 19732 from Kaohsiung City, she was identified to undergo home isolation and was tested negative upon. She had difficulty in breathing on Feb. 15 while she was still tested negative. On the evening of Feb. 19, she started to experience symptoms including fever, running nose, cough and chest pain, therefore she was arranged to receive specimen collection once again and was confirmed as a COVID-19 case with a Ct value of 14.7.
Case #20101’s footprints occurring before her home isolation were listed in the attachment. For those who had been to places where she visited between Feb. 12 and Feb. 14, please reach to Guiren District Health Station to acquire a COVID-19 home-test kit in the afternoon of Feb. 20 or Feb. 21.
