As the global epidemic slows down and international travel is becoming more frequent, Tainan City Government is taking action to enter the global Muslim tourism market. The objective is to build a Muslim-friendly travel destination and increase the visibility of Tainan in the Muslim tourism market.
Currently, Tainan has 19 halal-certified businesses: Private Chef Kitchen (Tainan), Maiya Indian Curry Halal, Beimen Island Restaurant, Xiu’an Douhua, Wei-Yat Grand Hotel ,Silks Palace Tainan Silks Lounge (14 F), Cambridge Hotel Tainan, TP Tea (Tainan Chenggong Store), Mamamia Asia Foods, Xiao Xin Hua Dao, Sunny Mango Gelato, Salt Country House, Yan Xiang Homestay, A Shaved Ice Shop, Brother Liang's Leisure Aquatic Farm Experience, Fairy Lake Leisure Farm - Mountain Peak Attic, Hotel Cham Cham Tainan, Queena Plaza Hotel, and Jianshanpi Jiangnan Resort.
