I ask all departments to strengthen fire prevention measures and promote the installation of residential smoke detectors to safeguard the safety of our citizens. If citizens can adopt safe fire usage practices, the frequency of fires can be reduced, saving valuable water resources.
2. During the long holiday, some citizens have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of sports facilities, playground equipment, and public toilets in the city. I ask concerned departments to document and address such feedback and take steps to improve the situation.
3. Although the demolition and reconstruction of Building no.3 at Dongsing Elementary School in Xiaying District has not yet been completed, the Bureau of Education and Public Works Bureau should discuss the possibility of conducting a partial inspection in advance.

Our city has taken the lead in the country by developing an effective ChatGPT teaching module in the shortest possible time. AI tools should be put to good use, as they serve as powerful aids for learning. This is something we should work toward.
(2) In terms of digital learning, it is important for the Education Bureau to continue its efforts in providing guidance to students for improving their learning abilities, reading skills, and all other aspects of learning in a consistent manner.

(1) I ask the Social Affairs Bureau to compile a list of benefit measures provided to homeless citizens who have been resettled in shelters.
(2) Cooperation from various departments is needed for the guidance and counseling of homeless people. I ask the Social Affairs Bureau to continue its outreach work. Please provide all support necessary for homeless people who are looking to get back on their feet again and help them seek resettlement and employment.
(3) The Social Affairs Bureau should also assist homeless people who are over 65 years old in applying for certain subsidies, such as farmers insurance and labor insurance. These subsidies will provide a stable financial foundation that helps satisfy their basic needs.
(4) Some homeless people distrust the system and are reluctant to accept help, which can make social work challenging. I anticipate that the Social Affairs Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Police Department, and Environmental Protection Bureau do their best to satisfy the basic needs of homeless people while showing them respect. The Public Health Bureau should also encourage homeless people to get vaccinated for the flu.
